Thanks Saahil. Pairing CSMs with AE's or AM's they can observe and learn from is one way to get them comfortable with navigating an organisation and opening door. As is making it something you track and measure in success plans e.g. how many new stakeholders were engaged this quarter.
Ultimately you'll solve this in the long term by making sure these skills are part of your hiring scorecard, and that you are evaluating they have these skills in the interview process.
